PhilSCA International and Local Linkages Office

The PhilSCA International & Local Linkages Office (PILLO) is a unit under the Office of the President with the Following Functions:

1. Coordinates development and implementation of policies and procedures for academic and administrative mobility and exchange programs.
2. Facilitates and acts as primary point-of-contract for approved visiting international group.
3. Serves as clearinghouse for information on internationalization and ASEAN integration engagements.
