Memorandum of Understanding between PhilSCa and VGU
On March 28, 2023, the Philippine State College of Aeronautics formed a partnership with the Vietnamese-German University (VGU).
The Philippine State College of Aeronautics and the Vietnamese-German University (VGU) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The Philippine State College of Aeronautics was represented by Dr. Rowena S. Navera, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Dr. Rene R. Bersoto, Dean of the Institute of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
