The three-storey multi-purpose building will serve as the Administrative Building for the FAB Campus. The design and construction supervision were carried out by the DPWH Batangas IV District Engineering Office, which operates under Regional Office IV-A as the implementing and obligating authority. The contractor for this project is Coors Construction Company.

The building has a footprint of 143 square meters and a total floor area of 276 square meters.

The total budget allocated for the building is twenty-five million pesos (₱25,000,000.00), funded entirely from the FY 2021 General Appropriations Act, thanks to the support of Senator Ralph Recto and Congresswoman Vilma Santos-Recto.
