A Groundbreaking Partnership Takes Flight!
PhilSCA and PAL Express have officially signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to launch an innovative Laboratory Program, giving BAT AMT and BAT AET students hands-on training in aircraft maintenance and repair activities.
Through this collaboration, PhilSCA students will gain real-world experience by conducting their laboratory classes within PAL Express facilities, equipping them with the skills needed for a successful industry-responsive aviation career.
This is more than just a partnership—it’s a commitment to shaping the future of aviation towards making the Philippines an MRO hub!
